Love

And gratitude…a Thanksgiving offering….

Putting energy into words is challenging.

The older I get the less I know, the world is a constantly changing and learning process but I will use words….

What is Love?

It is quite an undefinable magnetic force of attraction.

It is also gratitude for what we have.

It is beauty, synchronicity.

It is caring sharing and being considerate.

It is feeling, being sensitive.

It is awareness.

It is kindness in recognizing our oneness with it all.

It is a gut feeling that is our umbilical chord to the universe.

What is its opposite force?

Criticism hurts,

Judgement condemns,

Blame harms,

Fear confines,

Negativity imprisons,

hatred Destroys….

And Complaining is just as debilitating, only directed inwards.

My grandfather had a saying for that…

“Quit your belly-aching”….which is just about what it is.

So I learn…that what one does to others, one does to oneself. We are reflections of each other….everything is connected. Thinking negative thoughts about others, verbalizing them, hurts them and oneself….like shooting darts that ricochet.

Forgiving others is good but forgiving oneself is the best. What others do is their life and may reflect back on them. One cannot directly change another person, one can only heal oneself. Forgive oneself for hating, forgive oneself for criticizing and judging others. Recognizing hatred, judgement and criticism and forgiving oneself for this helps in one’s healing. Putting this behind allows freedom, no longer bound by walls of negativity…remembering that the healing of one is the healing of all.

Discernment is important, tolerance is good but has its points. Patience is exemplary but it also has its limitations. Respecting ones truth with tolerance, patience and discernment is key, adding kindness helps.

Polarities….

Light or dark, good or bad, right or wrong, strengths and weaknesses, up or down, love or hate…How we see the world is what we create for ourselves.

Real freedom is within….not outside or around us. Others do not define oneself….we each define, outline and sculpt what we see, believe, receive and who we are.

Everyone, everything is different yet composed of the one glue that molds reality. The uni-verse, the one voice, the original energy that split into fractals, fractions of the whole that are simply offspring of the same, reflecting and mirroring itself…greater or smaller, minute or magnified, it is all one energy throughout, unified.

So we are each creators of the whole…whenever one’s energy goes out, whether thought, emotion, reaction, voice, sound, action…whatever vibration we emit becomes a reality of the whole. This comes back to affect ones soul so I correct the energy, change the narrative, rebalance, focus, remembering that….

Love is the most powerful glue that connects it all. We are here because of it. Love is magnetic and everywhere…holding it all together despite fractures, fractions, factions, fractals, etcetera, etcetera and…

I finally come to recognize that love chose me and that is humbling, so I choose love.

So I AM

And We Are LOVE!💕

Otherwise we probably wouldn’t be here.

It is Thanksgiving here in Canada and I send love and gratitude to All My Relations.
